Andy Strancar
started Northern Ohio Automotive Transmissions (NOAT) in 1981. Since
that time, Andy has turned NOAT into one of the area's premier full-service
automotive facilities.
Our customers range from the individual owner who knows little about
their car and relies solely upon us for their routine maintenance
and unexpected repairs, to fleet owners who businesses depend upon
keeping their vehicles on the road.
Andy makes certain that all of us, from the front office staff to
the most qualified technician, treat all our customers with courtesy,
repect and the knowledge that their vehicle is the most important
one in our shop.
Over the past two decades, our customers have come to know NOAT
